We pay more attention to the control of the cardboard material before proceeding to the next production process, which ensure the quality we provided to our customers.
To avoid some factors to stand in the way of delivery and maintaining quality, we constantly track Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), including machine availability and downtime, performance and output, and quality as determined by critical metrics.
Of course, we only have create a file about the production status, which is convenient for you to keep track of the order.
Our QC department will take the inspection before shipment, the QC report with results and relevant pictures will be sent to you.
